After a couple of wonky weeks with regards to the schedule, I’m back in the room. I missed you!
📖 Rewitched* - Lucy Jane Wood. (*ad - Amazon affiliate link). I’m reading a lot of fiction following women around the age of 30 as they re-evaluate what’s important to them and what they’d expected their lives to look like. No further comment on that…
This novel is fabulous - our heroine Bella Blackthorn suddenly finds herself going through witch trials and training while trying to stay in her best friend’s good books and keep up with what’s happening at the bookshop she works at. I finished it and immediately pre-ordered the sequel*.

I've got a bunch of little tasks that it feels like I've never got time to do, and my plan is to work on them today, and then spend tomorrow on the sofa with books. We've finished our current read-aloud and are currently debating strategy - do we start the next Percy Jackson or save it for our long Christmas holiday?
