I'm seeing gazpacho everywhere this week! Might indeed need to get some in for the weekend 🍅
It's so good! A small warning - because I buy UHT milk in cartons, every time I make a coffee and open the fridge door I have to double check which carton I'm grabbing. I haven't *yet* put gazpacho in my coffee...
